East Rutherford, N.J. — After the Buffalo Bills and New York Jets drafted quarterbacks Josh Allen and Sam Darnold four picks apart in this year’s NFL draft, fans of the rival AFC East squads probably thought this Sunday’s game was going to be the first of many duels between the rookies.

No such luck.

Allen, who is still rehabbing an elbow injury, has been ruled out of the game, and Darnold will be, at best, the No. 2 quarterback as he deals with a foot injury.

Derek Anderson remains in the NFL’s concussion protocol and Bills coach Sean McDermott seemed uninterested in another Nathan Peterman start when asked who would play on Sunday if Allen and Anderson couldn’t go.

“Right now let’s just keep our focus on Josh and just take it one day at a time right now and go from there,” McDermott said on Friday morning.

The Bills announced Saturday that veteran quarterback Matt Barkley, who has been with the Bills for just two weeks, will become the Bills’ fourth starting quarterback in five weeks Sunday against the Jets. The former USC standout spent time after practice this week working with Bills offensive coordinator Brian Daboll and said that he, Allen and Peterman all took equal reps with the first team offense this week.

Barkley has been in “grind mode” since he landed in Buffalo.

“I think to my advantage I don’t have to learn the whole playbook — I have to learn this game plan,” Barkley said. “I know what we’re doing this week and that’s all that matters. … I think the toughest part, besides learning the offense, is just getting timing down with the receivers and just getting a feel for them. That obviously comes with time. The longer you’re with a guy the better you know him. I think the guys that we have here are fairly easy to read, just in terms of getting in and out of breaks and reading their body language.”

The Jets start veteran Josh McCown at quarterback and in his first game back behind center he’ll face the NFL’s third-ranked defense, which is only allowing 212 passing yards per game.

After a seven-sack performance against the Houston Texans in Week 6 the Bills defense hasn’t been getting to the quarterback with regularity recently. Buffalo has just three sacks total in their last three games after being close to the top of the league in sacks early in the season. Against McCown and a struggling Jets offensive line that has allowed 21 sacks this season, the Bills defense could get home on the quarterback in Week 10.
Bills running back LeSean McCoy spoke on Friday about his struggles and this season. He’s rushed for just 24 yards on his last 24 carries and he is hoping he gets back on track this week as he continues his pursuit of 12,000 yards with his career winding down.

The Bills are a seven-point underdog on the road in New York.

GET TO KNOW THE JETS
The Jets are a lot like the Bills. They have a rookie quarterback that they moved up to get in last year’s draft and there’s a lack of talent around him on the offensive side of the ball. Robby Anderson and Quincy Enunwa are skilled wide receivers but have combined this season for just 47 catches for 673 yards and four touchdowns. In the backfield the Jets rely on the one-two punch of Isaiah Crowell and Bilal Powell. New York’s offensive line is playing poorly and Jets coach Todd Bowles reportedly called out the unit in team meetings after a poor performance earlier this season.

On the defensive side of the ball for the Jets, this is a unit that frustrated the Bills last season on Thursday Night Football. The numbers don’t jump off the page at you but the Jets defense is getting the job done in some key areas. On third down the Jets rank second in the NFL by allowing success on just 31.3 percent of third down plays. Only the Minnesota Vikings defense is doing better this season. The Jets’ leading tackler is linebacker Avery Williamson who plays on the inside along with Darron Lee, who leads the team in interceptions. Safety Jamal Adams was a 2017 first round pick by New York and played at LSU with Bills cornerback Tre’Davious White. On the defensive line the Jets are led by Leonard Williams.

Terrelle Pryor: Josh Allen is a game changer
Josh Allen ready to jump start offense
WHAT THE BILLS ARE SAYING
Bills wide receiver Terrelle Pryor hasn’t been in Buffalo very long but what he’s seen of Josh Allen he’s liked.

“With Josh coming in, he’s a game-changer too, I believe,” Pryor said. “His presence, his throwing abilities are remarkable. I think that’s going to make a big difference as well. … One thing I do like about Josh is that when he comes into the huddle, he gains respect. He demands patience. He wants us to be patient and he wants to engrain confidence in us. I think it’s spectacular how young he is and how he handles the huddle. It was pretty amazing to me. He reminds me kind of like Sam Darnold. Those two are very close in terms of that.”

WHAT THE JETS ARE SAYING
Jets coach Todd Bowles if fighting for his job in New York and said this week he expects a strong effort from the Bills on Sunday.

“Obviously they’re very tough on defense and they really get after it,” Bowles said. “We still have to deal with (LeSean) McCoy, they have a big offensive line and they have probably the tallest receiver group in the league right now. So we got our work cut out for us.”

Bowles has liked what he’s seen of Josh Allen. He said he hasn’t seen many quarterbacks with the arm like Allen has and compared him to Randall Cunningham.

“(Josh Allen) has a strong arm, athletic and very good on the run – running in the pocket, and very good running with the football,” he said. “He can throw the ball in tight areas and he’s a good player and bright person.”

The Cardinals meet the Chiefs on Sunday at Arrowhead Stadium.

The game kicks off at 11 a.m. and is televised on Channel 5 with former Cardinals head coach Bruce Arians working the game as an analyst for CBS.

Cardinals on offense
The Cardinals are coming off a win last Sunday over the 49ers in which Arizona finally accumulated 300 or more yards in total offense (321). Maybe it was because they were playing the 49ers, a team they now have defeated twice this season. Maybe it was because new offensive coordinator Byron Leftwich did some tinkering with the play calling and the game plan, which included a lot more Larry Fitzgerald in passing situations. Whatever it was, the Cardinals will need a lot more of it and probably some type of hidden extra mojo if they want to try to keep pace with the Chiefs, the highest-scoring team in the league. Controlling the clock on offense will be paramount, which means establishing a healthy running game with David Johnson. But that hasn’t happened yet this season, which doesn’t offer much inspiration. The Cardinals should have some optimism in that Kansas City’s defense is allowing the second-most yards overall in the NFL and it has proven to be particularly susceptible to the run. For the Cardinals to have any real chance in this game, though, somebody is going to have to rise up and have a monster game. And even that might not be enough for the Cardinals to avoid a blowout loss.

Edge: Chiefs

Cardinals on defense
If the Cardinals hope to keep this one close, a heavy weight is going to rest on their defensive line to establish an early tone up front and to hold up throughout the game. Once the Chiefs get rolling – and they’ve gone on game-opening touchdown drives in nine of quarterback Patrick Mahomes’ first 10 NFL starts – they usually don’t look back and instead, pour on the rout. Getting solid penetration by the front four can slow Kansas City down considerably as that can affect Mahomes’ timing on the array of play-action and misdirection calls the Chiefs love to run. But the pressure doesn’t stop there. The Cardinals have to be extra diligent when it comes to tackling and wrapping up because the Chiefs’ skill players, including running back Kareem Hunt, receiver Tyreek Hill and tight end Travis Kelce are difficult to stop once they get the ball in space. Cardinals defensive coordinator Al Holcomb said he thinks he has the game plan in place to try to limit Kansas City’s huge splash plays and that probably means a revert back to his safety-heavy nickel defense. If the Cardinals want to take Hill out of the game, though, they’d be better off going with tight, press-man coverage and having Patrick Peterson shadow Hill one on one. They’ll need an army, meanwhile, to deal with Kelce.

Edge: Chiefs

Special teams
With the deck already heavily stacked against them, the Cardinals aren’t getting any favors here. The Chiefs always present a threat in the return game, particularly with Hill on punt return, and their kicker, Harrison Butker, is third in the league in scoring with 81 points. Arizona, meanwhile, hasn’t been able to take advantage of punter Andy Lee’s weekly heroics and there are far too many frequent penalties overall. Even if the Cardinals had the edge here, which they don’t, they probably are going to get buried.

Edge: Chiefs

Bottom line
The Cardinals opened as 17-point underdogs and as much as their players said they weren’t paying any attention to the latest line, you could tell it’s been bugging them all week. I wouldn’t it put it past them to make this thing interesting, at least for a while, but then again, I can see them getting smoked out of the building after the first 15 minutes, too. Maybe the visitors will shock the world if everything falls just right. Common sense, however, says they’ll be lucky if the only lose by 17 points.

The Jaguars are fresh off of a bye week and will take on their division rival in the Indianapolis Colts. The Colts also come off of a bye week of sorts, as they played the Raiders this past week. The Colts offense looked great against the struggling Raiders, but will face a much different look in the second-best defense in the league, the Jags. Both teams come in looking up to the Texans and Titans who lead the AFC South division. Both teams have a history of being standouts in the AFC conference, even recently with the Jaguars taking the AFC Championship game a year ago down to the last drive, a game in which they would end up losing to the New England Patriots.

Jaguars vs. Colts Odds
Spread: Indianapolis Colts -3.5
Total: 47.5

Jaguars vs. Colts Head to Head
The Jags won each of their matchups last year and dropped their second match up the year before. Scores on those games should depict where these teams have been recently and where they are heading. The Jaguars defeated the Colts by a combined score of 57 – 10 last year in the regular season. The year before that, they lost a close one 24 – 20 at the hand of Indianapolis.
Jaguars vs. Colts Stats
As I stated earlier, one stat that jumps off the page is that the Jags are the second-best defensive unit in the NFL. They have struggled to produce yardage on offense though, highlighted by their 25th best rushing attack and 16th best passing attack. These combine to put them at 22nd overall in total offensive production. The Colts have a top 10 offense, but their defense is very spotty and can be had by even average quarterbacks. Their total defense is ranked 23rd overall. Rushing and passing yards rank near the middle of the pack, but balance has been impressive thus far.

Jaguars vs. Colts News
Both teams have been relatively healthy to this point in the season, just underperforming compared o their rosters potential. The one area that the Jags have been hurt by injuries is at the tight end position. They placed both Niles Paul and Austin Seferian-Jenkins on the injured reserve to this point, so I wouldn’t be surprised to see them add a veteran to their roster.

Jaguars vs. Colts Predictions
I like the Colts, but who will be running the ball for them? I’m concerned that their offense can become too one dimensional at times, especially in long passing situations. These very situations are where the Jaguars excel. The Jaguars did just part ways with edge rushing specialist Dante Fowler but they can still bring plenty of heat and they lead the league in coverage sacks. Andrew Luck will have his work cut out for him if they get behind or get too pass happy in this one. I’ll take the Jaguars to cover and win outright in a close one 20-16.

Game two of the Gregg Williams era presents another difficult test for the Cleveland Browns. The 4-4 Atlanta Falcons visit FirstEnergy Stadium for the first time since 2010.

Cleveland (2-6-1) will look to put a stop to a four game losing streak. The Browns are in search of their first victory in the month of November since November 23, 2014. The opponent that day, the Falcons. Williams believes his team is well prepared to face a Falcons team playing their best football of 2018.

“The preparation is good, the attention to detail is good and the practices are good,” Williams said. “Now, they have to play on Sunday.”

The Browns defense will have another difficult task trying to shut down the Falcons offense. It begins with trying to get pressure on quarterback Matt Ryan.

“He is talented, just like all of the others,” Myles Garrett said. “He can make throws anywhere on the field. So we just have to make sure that we keep him off of his game, keep him frustrated and get pressure on him.”

“I have seen him grow and grow and grow and have seen him be in charge of his improvement,” Williams said. “He is very accurate. You can’t fool those kinds of guys that many times. It is about execution and who can out execute each other.”
The Falcons receivers will be a handful. Rookie Calvin Ridley is emerging as the future go to guy for Ryan. Mohamed Sanu is a solid third option. Of course we can’t forget about Julio Jones, especially if rookie Denzel Ward can’t play due to a hip flexor injury.

“We have to understand from our attention to detail, being aware of where he is lining up,” Williams said. “You have to be much better with his physical and big presence. He has a body like a lot of tight ends in the league. He can separate himself from coverage because he is bigger than most guys who have to cover him.”

“They are a very talented group, starting with No. 11 Julio Jones obviously, (Falcons WRs) Calvin Ridley and (Mohammad) Sanu,” Ward said. “They have a lot of talented players that can make plays. So we just have to try to take those guys out of the game to the best of our ability.”

Atlanta’s running game is a two-headed monster between Tevin Coleman and Ito Smith. They are also threats in the passing game. The Browns defense needs to contain the duo if they want to enter the bye week on a winning note.

Sunday presents another opportunity for Baker Mayfield to make his case for offensive rookie of the year. Atlanta’s weak link is its defense. There could be plenty of points scored. Mayfield is a three time rookie of the week award winner. He’s been asked to let it rip by his head coach. If that happens, another honor could be heading his way this coming week. Mayfield is also not taking the Falcons defense lightly.

“Physical. They play so fast. You can see it on tape,” Mayfield said. “They swarm to the ball. Some guys are dealing with a couple of injuries, but they are having guys step up and play for them. They are playing well as a unit.”

The Browns are a six point underdog at home. The game will be broadcast by Fox Sports. Kenny Albert, Ronde Barber and Sara Walsh will call the game.

After ending the Los Angeles Rams’ undefeated season last week, the New Orleans Saints look to extend their winning streak to eight in a row against the Cincinnati Bengals. After jumping out to a 21-point lead late in the second quarter, the Saints allowed the Rams to tie the score midway through the fourth quarter. At that point, the Saints stopped coasting. Drew Brees led the offense to 10 unanswered points, while the defense clamped down on Jared Goff and his receivers.

The Bengals have had two weeks to prepare for this game. This will conclude their set of four games against the NFC South, having defeated Tampa Bay and Atlanta and losing at Carolina.

The Bengals lead the all-time series, 7-6. The Saints hold an advantage of 4-3 in games played in Cincinnati. The Bengals have won four of the five most recent matchups dating back to 1996.

New Orleans at Cincinnati

Kickoff: Sunday, Nov. 11 at 1 p.m. ET
TV: FOX
Spread: Bengals +4

Three Things to Watch

1. With A.J. Green out, can any other Bengal exploit the Saints’ secondary?

Green has been ruled out of this game due to an injured toe on his right foot. He has started all eight games so far and leads Cincinnati with 687 receiving yards and six touchdowns. He has caught the second-most passes on the team. Tyler Boyd is the only other Bengal with more than 20 receptions, 200 receiving yards or two receiving touchdowns this season. Is there anyone on this roster who can fill in for Green and pose a threat to the Saints’ secondary? Will the return of Auden Tate after being waived in October make a difference?

The Saints’ defensive backs have done little to control opponents’ passing attacks. The Saints rank as the second-weakest passing defense in terms of yards allowed, 311.4 per game on average. They have given up at least 234 passing yards in every game. They have allowed 18 passing touchdowns, tied for fourth most in the league, and their four interceptions are tied for fifth fewest.

2. Could the weather negatively affect the Saints in Cincinnati?

The Saints will play only their third outdoor game of this season in Cincinnati. At this point of the season, teams accustomed to playing indoors may encounter less than ideal meteorological conditions on the road. Such teams struggle to replicate high winds or cold temperatures in practice leading up to their games.

However, the forecast for this game seems to bring positive news for the Saints. While the projected high temperature of 48 degrees will feel quite cool by New Orleans’ standards for early November, it is far from freezing. The wind velocity of five to 10 miles per hour will not disrupt the Saints’ high-flying offense. The chance of any precipitation is listed as zero. The Bengals will not have an ally in the weather for this contest.

3. Does the Cincinnati defense have a prayer of slowing down Drew Brees and the Saints’ passing attack?

The Bengals rank as the most generous defense in the NFL in the category of average passing yards allowed per game: 319.4. They are tied with the Saints for most passing touchdowns scored by opponents. They allow the second-most completions per game (28). The absence of linebackers Carl Lawson and Nick Vigil due to knee injuries makes Cincinnati’s defense even weaker. On the positive side, the Bengals have picked off 10 passes, tied for sixth most in the NFL.

The Saints’ passing game appears poised to shred the Bengals’ secondary. The Saints have averaged 289.9 passing yards per game, seventh most in the NFL, and have fallen short of 200 passing yards in only one of their eight games. They have exceeded 300 passing yards in half of their games. Drew Brees should have a field day at Paul Brown Stadium.

Final Analysis

Despite the Saints’ seven-game winning streak, they still trail the Rams by a half-game for the top spot in the NFC. Also, the Saints lead the Panthers in the NFC South by only one game. Though this game does not carry quite as much weight as the upcoming conference and divisional contests, a win in Cincinnati would put the Saints in first place in the NFC, thanks to the head-to-head tiebreaker.

Like the Saints, Cincinnati has some more important games following this one. Likewise, the Bengals are trailing only Pittsburgh in the AFC North, by a half-game.

This game has the look of a very high-scoring affair. Both secondaries appear unable to cover the other team’s receivers. The Saints’ leading receiver, Michael Thomas, will play on Sunday. The Bengals’ top pass catcher, A.J. Green, will miss the game. That will make the difference.

Prediction: Saints 48, Bengals 37

Watch Free NFL Sunday Night Football Detroit Lions vs Chicago Bears Free Online Live Streaming Week 10 ,November 11, 2018.

Watch NFL Sunday Night Football Detroit Lions vs Chicago Bears 2018 NFL online free live stream Week 10 high quality(HD) broadcast on Sunday, November 11, Start time:1 p.m. Eastern. Watch Detroit Lions vs Chicago Bears free live stream online match on any device .You can follow to Watch Detroit Lions vs Chicago Bears free live streaming from here details below.

After playing the entire AFC East over the last four weeks, the Chicago Bears return to division play this weekend when they welcome the Detroit Lions to Solider Field. The first-place Bears (5-3) haven’t played a NFC North team since their season-opening loss in Green Bay. The Lions (3-5) are 1-1 in divisional play thus far.
The Bears pounded the Buffalo Bills 41-9 last week, and they’ll be getting some of their injured players back this week. The Lions, however, have lost their last two games and scored only 23 total points in those two games. The Bears look to maintain their post at the top of the division, while the Lions are fighting to salvage their season. While the Bears are a much improved team this year, they haven’t beaten the Lions since Week Four of the 2016 campaign.
The Bears held the Bills to just nine points even though they were without linebacker Kahlil Mack and defensive lineman Bilal Nichols among others. With both players possibly returning to the lineup this week, that could spell trouble for Detroit, especially after Matthew Stafford was sacked 10 times against the Minnesota Vikings last week. The Bears would love to add to that sack total.
Detroit at Chicago
Kickoff: Sunday, Nov. 11 at 1 p.m. ET
TV: FOX
Spread: Bears -6.5
Three Things to Watch
1. The return of the Mack?

Bears outside linebacker Kahlil Mack (five sacks) returned to practice this week after being sidelined over the last two weeks with an ankle injury he sustained last month against the Miami Dolphins. He tried to push through that game and the New England game one week later but was ultimately ineffective. So the Bears sat him out of the Jets and Bills games to give him proper rest and recovery. All signs point to him putting the pads back on this week and the Bears can use him as they’ve only had five sacks as a team in his absence.
2. Lions’ offensive line
This unit has had its share of problems recently. They’ve allowed Stafford to get sacked 14 times in the last three games combined, the Lions have gone 1-2 in that time frame. The Bears are seventh in the league in total sacks (24), and should Mack return to the lineup those numbers will most likely increase. The Lions need to keep Stafford upright to be competitive in this game.
3. This could be another close game
The last three games at Soldier Field between these two teams have been decided by single digits — a combined 10 points to be exact. The Lions have won two of those meetings and hope to keep this one close as well. The Lions defense has held its own to some degree as they are tied with the Bears for seventh in sacks (24), they’re fourth in passing yards allowed per game (215), and they’ll look to take advantage of any mistakes that the Bears make.
Final Analysis
With the Bears likely to get their injured players back, especially on defense, the Lions’ offensive issues, and the fact that the Bears are 3-1 at home this season, all signs point to the Bears breaking their losing streak against the Lions. It won’t be a high scoring game, but the Bears will do enough on offense to put this one away and push their winning streak to three games.
